At Bellissima by Ari, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Please review our shipping policy for details on order processing, shipping, and delivery.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • During high-demand periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may extend by an additional 1-3 business days.
  • You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $100.
  • USPS Ground Advantage: $7.25 per order, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail: $12 per order, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Restrictions and Notes

  • We currently ship only within the United States, including Puerto Rico.
  • Shipments to Puerto Rico:
    • Delivery times for Puerto Rico may take longer than estimated due to customs processes or carriers routing packages by sea.
    • We recommend using USPS Priority Mail for quicker processing, but even with this option, delays can occur.

Delays During High-Demand Periods

We aim to meet delivery estimates; however, during busy seasons (e.g., holidays or high-demand periods), delivery times may vary. While we work closely with carriers to minimize delays, we recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  2. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.
